First OWI Conviction

  • Charged as a felony
  • 30 days-5 years in jail
  • 6-year driver's license revocation
  • $3,125-9,375 fine

Penalties for Refusal

  • First refusal: One-year driver's license revocation
  • Second refusal: Two-year driver's license revocation
