First DUI Offense:

- Up to $500 fine
- Up to 360 hours of community service
- Up to 6 points on driver's license
- Up to 180 days of driver's license suspension
Second DUI Offense (within 7 years):
- 5 days – 1 year in jail
- Up to $1,000 fine plus other fees
- 30 – 90 days of community service
- 6 points on driver's license
- 1 year minimum driver's license revocation
