Not sure what kind of weaknesses DUI cases may have? Read more

A Connecticut DUI lawyer can tell you that each DWI case has similar criteria, but each case differs according to your specific situation. For instance, to stop a vehicle, an officer must have probable cause. In each case, however, the root of this cause may be different. Additionally, if in a case the officer who stopped the vehicle did not have probable cause according to legal guidelines, it may result in the state having a weaker case. When things like this occur, there is sometimes a chance for a defendant to get their charges reduced, or even dismissed. There are more ways than one for this to be possible—blood alcohol content tests and other official procedures are part of the criteria, as well. A Connecticut DUI lawyer may be able to point out a weakness in your case if one exists, even if you were unaware of it. If so, the case against you may weaken, strengthening your chance of getting an advantageous ruling. Talking to a Connecticut DUI lawyer may help you discover a possible defense!
