Receive guidance in your DUI case from an Alabama DUI lawyer
A trained Alabama DUI lawyer knows that there are a lot of reasons DUI cases could be dismissed. Many cases exhibit procedural discrepancies that, when investigated, render the case invalid. For instance, if there are errors in the blood alcohol test results, the case could be dismissed. If the blood alcohol tests weren't administered correctly, the evidence could be excluded. If the police officer didn't have probable cause to pull you over in the first place, the case could be dismissed. An Alabama DUI lawyer could find these problems or similar ones in your case. Do not let an opportunity to free yourself from your charge escape you when an Alabama DUI lawyer is available.
Even if you've had more than one DUI, an Alabama DUI lawyer could assist you.
Although you might feel as if you know what to expect if you've been through a DUI case before, the truth is that you are probably facing some new circumstances. After you've already had a DUI charge, it is possible that you could be facing a more serious felony charge, or a longer than standard jail term, or an increased license suspension. Any of these results could have a dangerously negative effect on your freedom and your lifestyle. If you enlist the help of an Alabama DUI attorney, you could learn invaluable information that could prevent you from receiving one of these more serious verdicts. You should not assume that you know everything there is to know about the law.
